These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of products and services provided by Cleaning Maid (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Products

Cleaning Maid specializes in the production and sale of cups, tissues, lights, shoes, and hats. We strive to ensure that all products meet high-quality standards; however, variations in color, size, or other characteristics may occur due to manufacturing processes.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Cleaning Maid.
  • Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of the order. We accept various forms of payment, including wire transfer, credit card, or other specified methods.
  • Invoices are payable within the agreed terms. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination and product availability. Cleaning Maid will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed delivery schedule but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs or shipping carrier issues.
  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged goods. Clients must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued after inspection of the returned items.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition for eligibility.

5. Product Warranty

  • Cleaning Maid offers a limited warranty on its products against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, product names, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Cleaning Maid. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Cleaning Maid will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruptions.

8. Force Majeure

  • Cleaning Maid is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill any obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, China.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Cleaning Maid reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying clients.
